Ola Otera Perkins born 13 June 1905 was the daughter of James P. Perkins and Levenus Stewart. Levenus Stewart was the daughter of ? Stewart and Belle Lacey (daughter of Nathan H. Lacey and Mary Jane Stewart.) Levenus' mother died at her birth and she was reared by her grandmother Mary Jane Lacey and Uncle John Evan Lacey.
