Francis Marion Parman, retired farmer of Cheyenne, died Thursday, October 13, 1973 in the Cheyenne hospital following a brief illness. Funeral services were held Sunday, October 21, 1973 at 2:00 p.m. in the United Methodist Church.
Mr. Parman married Perthany Maude Forner in Sayre, Oklahoma.
They lived in the Dempsey community until they moved to Cheyenne in 1964.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife and one son.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Velma Lee Rowen of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca I. Gilbert of Elk City; Mrs. Anna L. Whittington of Tulsa; two brothers, Aubrey C. and Homer G., both of Reydon; as well as other relatives and numerous friends.
Interment was in the Dempsey Cemetery, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son in charge of arrangements.
