Mrs. Kathryn Nelson died Tuesday night shortly after 10:00 p.m. at her home near Grimes.

Mrs. Nelson had resided on her farm home near Grimes since 1914 and had lived alone since the death of her husband several years ago.

She was born April 27, 1866, near Queenstone, Ireland.

She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Julius Smith of Lincoln, Nebraska; as well as numerous friends.

Funeral services are indefinite but probably will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Dempsey church with the Rev. French Lancaster, officiating.

Interment will be in the Dempsey cemetery, Dempsey, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma by the Hullum-Wells Funeral Home.
