Jarod James Martindale was born January 16, 1991 in Sayre, Okalhoma to Susan Renae and George Gregory Martindale. He passed away July 2, 2012 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 21 years, 5 months and 16 days.

He grew up in Reydon where he graduated from Reydon High School in 2009 and attended Southwestern State University at Sayre. He worked for Farmers Supply and then was currently working as a ranch hand for Rowdy Little. Jarod enjoyed riding 4 wheelers, hunting and fishing, and going to the river and the lake. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

He was a member of the Reydon First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

He is survived by his parents, George Martindale and wife, Deena, Elk City, OK; Susan Mabra and husband, Robby, Cheyenne, OK; Maternal Grandparents, Jim and Linda Felder, Reydon, OK; Jerry Starr, Cheyenne, OK; Paternal Grandparents, Alice Martindale, Elk City, OK; Maternal Great Grandmother, Mary Haskett, Chico, TX; 3 Sisters, Paige Martindale, Elk City, OK; Brittanie Martindale, Elk City, OK; Shelby Coalgate, Elk City, OK; 4 Brothers, Tyler Thetford and wife, Amy, Cordell, OK; Blake Martindale, Cheyenne, OK; Timmy Mabra, Cheyenne, OK; Brace Hill, Cheyenne, OK; Fiance', Heather Burks, Cheyenne, OK; 3 Nephews, and a host of other relatives an friends.

Visitation:
Thursday, July 5, 9-9

Service:
Services will be Friday July 6, 10:30 A.M. Reydon Community Building

Cemetery:
Burial will be at the Cheyenne Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service Cheyenne.
