Robert Francis Jencks was born in Elk City, Oklahoma on February 25, 1954 to Warren Jencks and Eulalia Cawood and passed away Monday, December 15, 2008 at the age of 54 years. He graduated from Putman City West High School of Oklahoma City in 1972 and then continued his education at Oklahoma State University until 1974. He was employed by Safeway Grocery for ten years. Most of Robert's working career was related to the oil industry. He loved people, the outdoors, and especially hunting and really loved trading guns.
Robert is survived by his two daughters, Rachel Jencks and Jordan Jencks of Sayre, Oklahoma; his father, Warren Jencks of Cheyenne, Oklahoma, his mother, Eulalia Cawood of Peidmont, Oklahoma; a sister, Dana Bertrem of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and a nephew, Russell Bertrem of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
