Enid Marie Sare Calvert

Enid Marie Calvert was born October 28, 1912 in Cordell, Oklahoma and passed away October 14, 1988 in the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital at the age of 75 years, 11 months and 16 days.
Enid moved with her parents, Ira Harland and Oral Ellen Sare to the Butler and Strong City communities as a child and graduated from Strong City High School in 1933.
On October 13, 1934, she married Eldridge Wallace Calvert in Hammon, Oklahoma.
They moved to Texas and later to Cheyenne in 1936 where they owned and operated the Calvert Cleaners until their retirement in 1987.
She had been a member of the Cheyenne United Methodist Church for a number of years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Eldridge Wallace, Jr. and three brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Eldridge; one daughter, Janet Lovett of Katy, Texas; three sons, Jimmy of Hugoton, Kansas; Jerry of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; Bob of Ft. Collins, Colorado; two sisters, Vivian Perry of Brandon, Oregon; and Florence Helen Evans of Ft. Cobb.
Interment in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
