Paul Wayne Birkla was born December 6, 1946 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois to Calvin and Lillian (Ripperdan) Birkla. He passed from this life March 6, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 63. 

Paul loved his adopted granddaughter & his dogs, and he enjoyed spending time with family & friends, fishing, short trips, & serving people at camp. 

Paul was preceded in death by his parents: Calvin & Lillian Birkla; brothers & sisters: Stanley Birkla, Patricia Knox, Annabella West, & Regina Helmer. 

He is survived by two brothers: George Birkla and Clyde Birkla; two sisters: Barbara Blevins and Juanita Hill; an adopted granddaughter: Isabella Faith Erwin - the love of his life; numerous nieces & nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends. 

Graveside Service: 10:00 AM ~ Wednesday, March 10, 2010 ~ K River Campground 
Officiating: Buck Yant 
Honorary Pallbearers: Dalton “Red” Erwin ~ Cecil Ray Davis ~ Jerry Guiterrez ~ Hal Murray 

Interment: Kosoma Cemetery ~ Kosoma, Oklahoma
