Funeral services for Evalynn Miah Cockrell were held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Goodwater Methodist Church with Tommy Wesley officiating and burial following in the Goodwater Cemetery. Evalynn passed away Friday, March 13, 2015 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 7 weeks old.

Evalynn Miah Cockrell was born January 23, 2015 in Oklahoma City, OK to Joshua Cockrell and Kirsten Taylor. She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Wilson and Deloris Taylor; paternal great-grandpa, Danny Sales; and a host of cousins.

Evalynn is survived by her mother, Kirsten Taylor of Ft. Towson, OK; her father, Joshua Cockrell of Ft. Towson, OK; grandmother, Lindsey Samuels of Ft. Towson, OK; grandfather, John Taylor of Ft. Towson, OK; grandother, Tammy Cockrell of Idabel, OK; as well as a host of great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
