Paul Bevan II was born November 17, 1940 in Hamlin, Texas to Paul and Anna Lou (Brown) Bevan. He departed this life on Monday, July 3, 2006 at his home in Finley, Oklahoma at the age of 65. 

Paul married Wilma Carter July 13, 1979 together they raised a host of foster children. 
Upon his retirement as a machinist, he moved to One Creek. Mr. Bevan was a member of the One Creek Baptist Church. Paul enjoyed fishing, quiet time reading and any time spent with his family. 

Paul was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Anna Lou; his step-daughter, Sally Skaggs; brother, Bill Bevan; sister, Patricia Bevan and great granddaughter, Elora Smith. 

He is survived by his wife Wilma of the home; son, Flint Skaggs & wife: Kathy of Burkburnet, Tx; daughter, Anglia Smith & husband: Terry of Antlers; brother, Marshal Bevan & wife: Joy; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many foster children. 
Paul will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
