Sandra Markham, 52, passed away March 8, 2017 at her home in Antlers, Oklahoma. Sandra was born April 8, 1964 to Betty Imogene Powell in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Sandra enjoyed spending her time with her two sons Juan and Jose, who she was very proud of. She also enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews telling stories about when she and Dorothy were younger. Sandra loved her family very much and they were always her priority. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her. 

Sandra is preceded in death by her biological parents; adoptive parents Allie and Irene Fairless; sisters Betty Sue (Fairless) Dillishaw and Ruby Christine (Fairless) Eden.

She leaves behind a loving family that includes her sons Juan Markham of Antlers, Oklahoma and Jose Hernandez of Antlers, Oklahoma; sister Dorothy Elliott of Antlers, Oklahoma; granddaughter Jayla Alisa Markham of Antlers, Oklahoma, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. 

Pallbearers will include Anthony Aguero, Cory Cessna, Juan Markham, Martin Garcia, Roberto Hernandez, and Lorenzo Garcia.

Honorary pallbearers will include Jose Hernandez. 

Graveside services for Sandra will be held 10:00 am Friday March 10, 2017 at the Darwin Cemetery.
