DALTON RAY SULLIVAN

May 14, 1996 - July 17, 2018

Dalton Ray Sullivan, 22, lifelong resident of McLoud, Oklahoma passed from this life Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

He was born May 14, 1996 to Roger and Lorrie (Peters) Sullivan in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Dalton was raised in McLoud and attended McLoud Public Schools. He was a 2014 graduate of McLoud High School.

Dalton worked with his father at Tyler Sheet Metal, but his passion and dream was to be in Law Enforcement. He was a Reserve Officer for the Maud Police Department. He enjoyed playing his guitar, chasing Pokémon and butchering his truck.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glenn Dale Peters; and cousin, Matthew Bussey.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving parents, Roger and Lorrie Sullivan of McLoud, OK; 1 sister, Mackenzie Sullivan of Midwest City, OK; maternal grandmother, Dolly Peters of McLoud, OK; paternal grandparents, Charlie and Sandy Sullivan of Bethel Acres, OK and Carol and David Linnet of Sapulpa, OK; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July, 20, 2018 and continue through service time. Family gathering to greet friends and family will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018 at Cooper Funeral Home. Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Sharon Baptist Church with Chaplain Wendell Boucher, Maud Police Department officiating. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
