IVA CULP WILLIAMS
1911 - 2001


Iva Woods Culp Williams, 90, Shawnee died Thursday in Oklahoma City.
She was born February 13, 1911, in Pope County, Arkansas the daughter of Jessie D. Woods and Rhoda Burnett Woods.
She attended school in Arkansas and was a homemaker.
In 1925, she and John Bowen Culp were married in Pottawatomie County. He preceded her in death.
She later married G. C. Williams, who also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Williams was a member of Pentecostal Church of God in Shawnee, where she had lived since 1972.
Also preceding her in death were her parents; one daughter, Ozella Dunkin and three sons, Kenneth Culp and two infants.
Survivors include three children and two daughters-in-law, Mary Williams of Atoka, Elmer D. and Ozella Culp of Rising Star, Texas and Bobby M. and Naomi Culp of Newcastle; four brothers, Homer Booze of Atoka, Leonard Booze of Thomas and Clyde Booze and Tom Booze, both of Burleson, Texas; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. today at Pentecostal Church of God.
The Rev. Wayne Bryant will officiate. Burial will be in Collins Cemetery, Saint Louis.
Arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
