BEN EARL McDADE JR.
1966 - 2003


Ben Earl "Chewy" McDade Jr. of Tecumseh died Tuesday, November 11, in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 37.
He was born March 15, 1966, in Oklahoma City.
He is the son of Charles G. and Earnie Mae Carthen, and Ben Earl McDade Sr.
He graduated from Macomb High School in 1984 and was a resident of Brooksville.
Mr. McDade worked as a wooden pallet construction laborer, and was a member of St. John Baptist Church in Brooksville.
He is survived by his wife, Pamelia C. Weaver McDade of Tecumseh; two daughters, Brooke McDade of Oklahoma City and Ryan Jaynae Hoffman of Okmulgee; one son, Eric D. McDade of Oklahoma City; his parents, Charles G. and Earnie Carthen of Tecumseh; and Ben Earl McDade Sr. of Okmulgee; six sisters and two brothers-in-law, Margie and Derrick McQuire of Shawnee, Stacy and Brian Carter of Columbus, Ohio, Karen McDade of Los Angeles, California, Cynthia Allen and Tasha Wilson, both of Okmulgee and Rita Walker of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Ernest McDade of Tecumseh and Harold McDade of Las Vegas, Nevada; one grandchild, Denim Jackson McDade and many aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
Service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at St. John Baptist Church in Brooksville with the Rev. Wilmer Cooper, the Rev. Lee Oliver and the Rev. Joseph J. Wilkes officiating.
Burial will follow in Brooksville Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home in Tecumseh.
