PAUL F. HUTSON
1940 - 1998


Tecumseh resident Paul F. Hutson died Wednesday in Tecumseh at the age of 57.
Mr. Hutson was born May 29, 1940, in Oklahoma City, to George and Ruby Sivard Hutson.
He was reared in Oklahoma City where he lived most of his life and attended Capitol Hill High School. He married Karen Yancy on June 23, 1971 in Gainesville, Texas.
He served in the U. S. Navy and was stationed on the West Coast. While in the Navy, he was a ship fitter and pipe fitter and was a welder by trade.
Hutson was a member of the Spirit Rain Church and had lived in Tecumseh since 1994.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Hutson of the home; four daughters and sons-in-law, Dorothy and James Haney of Pauls Valley; Rebecca and Ronnie Gilmore of Tecumseh; Carrie and Robert Higgins of Del City; Nancy and Michael Haney of Milburn, Oklahoma; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Paul Dines of Oklahoma City; Naomi and Dennis Queen of Norman; a brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Barbara Hutson of McLoud; eight grandchildren and several other relatives.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Destiny Hutson, his parents and a sister, Ruth Hutson.
Graveside services 10:00 a.m. Monday at New Hope Cemetery with Carol Hopper officiating, under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home in Tecumseh.
