LILLIE MAE BENDURE
1908 - 1997


Shawnee resident Lillie Mae Groves Bendure died Thursday at a local hospital. She was 89.
Mrs. Bendure was born April 23, 1908, in Ohio.
She attended Drumright Schools.
She married L. G. Bendure on May 6, 1925, and she was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Bob Bendure of Wheatland, California and Forrest Loren Bendure of Oklahoma City, one daughter, Patsy Troxell of Shawnee, twelve grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. G. Bendure in 1972, and a son, Douglas LeRoy Bendure, in May of 1988.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Terry Rials officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.
