Sibbal A. Snodgrass, 73, of Tecumseh passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 in Shawnee.

She was born May 14, 1946 to Paul and Dorothy (Kessinger) Fullbright in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.

Sibbal was raised in Tecumseh and attended Barnard Elementary and Harjo High School.

She married Rodney Snodgrass on April 30, 1976 in Enid, Oklahoma.

Sibbal worked as a CNA for several of the local nursing homes. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her hobbies included quilting, making and painting ceramics and crocheting. She enjoyed playing the guitar, singing and dancing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney; her parent, Paul and Dorothy Fullbright; and 4 brothers, Bill Fullbright, Paul Fullbright, James Fullbright and Lonnie Fullbright.

Survivors include 2 sons and 2 daughters, Teddy and Vicki Rogers of Tecumseh, OK and Allen and Christina Rogers of Albuquerque, N.M.; 1 daughter and 1 son-in-law, Tammy and J.T. Force of Tucson, AZ; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, David and Chris Fullbright, Whitefield, OK, Danny and Tina Fullbright of Tecumseh, OK and Rick and Debbie Fullbright of Shawnee, OK; 1 sister, Linda Fullbright of Tecumseh, OK; 1 sister-in-law, Micha Fullbright of Shawnee, OK; and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Cooper Funeral Home. Private Family Graveside Service will be held. Burial will be under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home
