Sandre Lueann Stevens

December 10, 1952 ~ October 18, 2007

Sandra Lueann 'Sandy' Stevens, 54, of OKC died Oct. 18, 2007 at her home. Sandra was born Dec. 10, 1952 in Shawnee, OK to Mason & Ruby Stevens. Sandra was a graduate of Carl Albert High School and held multiple degrees in the fields of Biology, Museum Studies and Accounting from UCO. Sandra loved wildlife and enjoyed a career as a Field Biologist. She thoroughly enjoyed performing field studies and completed her internship with the Nature Conservancy at the Tall Grass Prairie Preserve near Pawhuska OK. Sandra also enjoyed quilting, woodworking and making crafts of all kinds.

Sandra was preceded in death by her mother and father; sister, Sharon and brother, Mike.

She is survived by her brothers: Gary Stevens and Jim and wife, Mary Stevens; Nieces: Laura and Minna; Nephews: Sean, Johnny, Jason, Cody, Chris and Eric.

Funeral services will be held at Barnes & Johnson Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 22, 2007. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery.
