Michael Shannon Stevens

December 10, 1954 ~ September 28, 2007

Michael Shannon Stevens, 52, of Newalla died Friday, September 29, 2007. He was born December 10, 1954 to Mason and Ruby (Klish) Stevens.

Michael served in the U.S. Air Force and later worked as an aircraft mechanic at Tinker.

Boating, fishing and anything having to do with mechanics were among Michael's hobbies. He also belonged to the NRA, Oklahoma Thresher Association, as well as other tractor, mopar and Harley clubs.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sharon.

He is survived by four sons: Sean Stevens, Johnny Stevens, Jason Stevens and his wife Ronda and Cody Miller. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren: Hailee, Zachary and Baleigh; 2 brothers: Gary and Jim Stevens; sister, Sandra; nieces: Minna Ale and Laura Englebrecht as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Michael will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at Barnes and Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery, Dale, Ok.
