Graveside services for Arthur Jean Worcester, 80, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 7, 2023 at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Worcester passed away Monday, July 31, 2023 in Ada. She was born July 13, 1943 in Ada to Arthur and Bessie Kelley Fennell.

On October 23, 1967 she married Norman O Worcester. He preceded her in death in 1999.

Mrs. Worcester attending Murray State College and was raised in the Baptist faith. She loved food, crocheting, bingo, artwork and gardening.

Mrs. Worcester is survived by her son, Woody Burnes and wife Judy, of Harrah; daughter, Brenda Sliger and husband Jeff, of Ada; brother, Jack Fennell, of Ada; sister, Patsy Gholson, of Jasper, TX; eight grandchildren, Keri Garrett, Shannon Gore, Jayme Gore, Brittany Burnes, Ryan Johnson, Jonathon Burnes, Christian Ott and Kandi Worcester; and 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Johnny Burnes and Travis Worcester; two daughters, Therese Ott and Norma Jean Worcester; one brother, Frank Fennell; and two sisters, Darlene Owens and Shirley Faye Fennell.
