Graveside services for Duward Wesley Williams 92, of Stuart, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, Rev. Earl Scroggins will officiate. Masonic services will be held at the cemetery.

Mr. Williams passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at his home. He was born November 2, 1923 near the Owl Creek Community to Wesley and Mattie Turner Williams. He attended Frisco and McLish schools.

He married Catherine John December 19, 1961 in Van Buren, AR . Mr. Williams was a truck driver, worked with road construction and later was a rancher with the Bar W Ranch at Stuart. He was a member of the Allen Lodge #81 AF & AM for 71 years.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine, of the home; three daughters, Kathy Hightower of Holdenville, Lavonda Peckio and her husband Paul of Stuart and Michelle Simmer of Arizona; a brother, Lewis Williams and his wife Pauletta of Stuart; and four grandchildren, Elizabeth Hightower and Cole Shupe, Quinn Simmer, Micah Simmer and Brenna Hamilton.

He was loved by his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Charles Williams.

Bearers will be Wesley Brown, Micah Simmer, Paul Peckio, Cole Shupe, Cap Williams and Brent Blaylock. Honorary bearers will be Melvin Turpin, Morgan Turpin, Roger Cupps and Billy Martin. Obituaries may be viewed and online condolences sent to criswellfh.com.
