Graveside services for Clarence Wayne Tyler, 82, of Allen are 10:00 a.m. Friday at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, Rev. Chad Kaminski will officiate. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors.

Wayne passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at an Ada hospital. He was born May 18, 1936 at Ada to John Wesley and Mattie Pearl Turner Tyler.

He married Rozetta Joan Balthrop January 12, 1957 in Ada. She preceded him in death August 22, 2002. Wayne received a Ph.D. in Education from Oklahoma State University. He was a Certified Public Accountant and self-employed with Tax Masters. He served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include two daughters, Joan RaDell Clary of Ada and Brenda Sue Wofford of Allen; a son, Keith Wayne Tyler and wife Rita of Midwest City; a brother, Gordon Tyler of California; four grandchildren, Melissa Sue McDaniel, Florida, Melinda Radell Fisher, Indiana, Chuck Wofford and wife Lacey of Allen and Brad Wayne Wofford and wife Angela of Allen; ten great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rozetta; six brothers; son-in-law, Harold “Dink” Wofford; and a great-granddaughter, Hannah Rachelle Wofford.
