Services for Paul Edward Turner, Jr., 79, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Criswell Funeral Home, Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Turner passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 at a local hospital. He was born August 25, 1943 in Ada, OK to Paul Edward and Dorothy Nell Allen Turner.

Mr. Turner served in the United States Air Force from 1965-1968. He was a retired sheet metal mechanic.

Mr. Turner is survived by his son, David Paul Turner and wife Shelly; three daughters, Teresa Richardson, Paula Renee Wright and husband Jack and Dot DeGolier and husband Johnny; one brother, Doug Turner and wife Linda; one sister, Donna Stone; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carolyn Turner; two brothers, Royce and Jerry Turner; two sisters, JoAnn Gomez and Joyce Fuschs; and one adopted son, David Whittington.

Bearers are Frank Chick, Thomas Chick, Chevy Wigley, Chicago Wigley, Lucas Turner, David Turner, Jeff Richardson, and Jack Wright. Honorary bearers are Wyatt Page, Leo Crump, Atom Crump, and Jeffery Richardson III.
