Services for Anita Gay Samples, 58, of Slaughterville, formerly of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Keith Browning will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Samples died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at a Norman hospital. She was born August 8, 1956 in Ada to Vona Ray and Joyce Ann Segler Bottoms. She graduated from Byng High School. She married Ezekiel Samples on July 14, 1976 in Norman. Mrs. Samples owned and operated a house cleaning company. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ezekiel Samples, of the home; two daughters, Selena Henager of Noble and Jennifer Wright of Tishomingo; step-children, Amy Samples and Ezekiel (Don) Samples, Jr.; her mother, Joyce Bottoms of Ada; two brothers, David Bottoms of Ada and Scott Bottoms of Lawton; ten grandchildren, Brandon Henager, Brittany Henager, Bailey Henager, Bryan Henager, Brookelyn Wright, Jayden Wright, Alexis Grace Wright, Sammy Samples, William Don Samples and Christian Samples; and one great-grandson Chance Micheal Glenn.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vona Ray Bottoms.

Bearers will be Sam Samples, Eric Bottoms, Levi Grimes, Derek Gray, Raymond Miller and Dagan Grey.
