Services for Bob L. Mayberry, 94, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Covenant Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Rev. Duawn Mearns will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Mayberry died Monday, March 21, 2022 in Ada with his family by his side. He was born June 13, 1927 in Wetumka to Ralph R. and Cora Savage Mayberry.

He married Mary Bess Hawkins on June 19, 1948 in Muskogee, OK. She preceded him in death on February 2, 1998. He later married Jewel Burrows and she also preceded him in death on August 27, 2014. Mr. Mayberry served in the U. S. Army and retired as a self-employed home builder.

Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Young (Larry), Sally Pool (Dale) and Carol Zabielski (Bob); one brother, Clarence Mayberry; eight grandchildren, Kevin Young, Jordan Young, Chad Mayberry, Kyle Mayberry, Mary Burdine, Roberta Stafira, Kylor Pool and Evan Pool; seven great-grandchildren, Konner and Kloe Young, Jeffrey, William and Benjamin Stafira, Zoella Pool and Morgan Mayberry.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wives, Mary Mayberry and Jewel Burrows Mayberry; son, Robert Mayberry; granddaughter, Laura Zabielski; brother, Bill Mayberry; and sister, Melba Jean Hartman.

Bearers will be Chad Mayberry, Kyle Mayberry, Kylor Pool, Evan Pool, Kevin Young, Jordan Young, Jeff Stafira and Casey Burdine.
