Rory Matthew Lewellen

Rory Matthew Lewellen was born to Frances Helen (Crockett) Lewellen and Ronald Keith Lewellen on February 2, 1955 in Compton, California. He died on February 13, 2024 in Ada, OK where he had resided the last ten years.

Rory graduated from Putnam City High School in 1973, and obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy.

Rory worked as a pharmacist in several locations, including Valley View Hospital in Ada, and Gibson’s Pharmacy in Oklahoma City.

Rory is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Carole and Randy Whitlow, nephew, Robert Whitlow and niece, Elizabeth Pickens, as well as two aunts and several cousins.

Rory was a member of the Chickasaw Nation.

There will be no services. Interment will be at Rosedale Cemetery Columbarium.
