Services for Ollie Hugh Legate, 88, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Bud Ross will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Viewing will start at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28 with the family receiving friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Mrs. Legate passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at a local hospital. She was born September 9, 1934 in Cisco, OK to John and Myrtle Tucker Hill. She was a welfare clerk for DHS.

Survivors are her two grandchildren, Phillip Legate, of Ada and Brandy Reynolds, of Howe, TX; and two great grandchildren, Taylor Reynolds and Zoey Reynolds.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Legate; two sons, David Legate and Lawrence Dale Legate; three brothers, Marshall Hill, John Hill and Marion Hill; and two sisters, Lavetta Angelley and Augustine Warren.
