Services for Alfred Leon Lee, 77, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church, Dr. Rusty Fuller and Revs. David Gray and Don Sayre will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Lee passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at his home. He was born August 22, 1940 near Ada to John R. and Evelyn Bandy Lee. He lived in this area all his life and attended Allen, Ada and Latta schools.

He married his childhood sweetheart since Jr. High, Vickie Killian April 3, 1959 at Ada. Alfred was the Shipping Superintendent at Brockway Glass Company in Ada, retiring after 34 years of service. He was the last person out of the closed plant. Later, he was employed with People’s Electric Cooperative for seven years. Alfred was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and had served in the Oklahoma National Guard for eight years. He was a proud member of the National Rifle Association.

Survivors include his wife, Vickie, of the home; a son, Johnny Lee and wife Laura of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Carla Hagar and husband Brent of Tulsa and Teresa Abbott and husband Roger of Ada; eight grandchildren, Craig Abbott, Krista DeBay, Brenda Hurley, Ashley Rhynes, Karis Maher, Stephanie Harris, Torie Jolliff and Moriah Hagar; and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Marvin Lee; and two sisters, Geneva Hayes and Annette Lee.

Bearers will be Craig Abbott, Sean DeBay, Trey Rhynes, Jack Hurley, Evan Jolliff, Brian Harris, Roger Abbott and Brent Hagar. Honorary bearers will be the members of the Fellowship Sunday School Class at Trinity Baptist Church.
