Services for Earl Glenn Horton, 72, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Abba’s House, Rev. Ken Angel will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Horton died Monday, July 16, 2018 at a Midwest City hospital. He was born August 14, 1945 in Ada to Elvern Laverne and Ruby E. Mixon Horton.

He married Elizabeth Ann Williamson on February 20, 1963 in Seminole. He retired in 2010 as the owner/operator of Ada Metal Co., and previously owned Horton Backhoe.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth of the home; a son, Ricky Horton and wife Tami of Ada; a daughter, Terrie Shelton of Ada; three sisters, Lois Stone and husband Roger of Ada, Shirley Jennings and husband Jim of Ada, and Barbara Cameron of Tecumseh; seven grandchildren, Phileshia Laxton, Terrell Delozier, Cotey Horton, Rikki Bottoms, Tara Horton, Ryan Vick and Chase Norman; eleven great-grandchildren, Jesseca Anderson, Kylee Anderson, Gunner Laxton, Taevyn Delozier, Tobyn Delozier, Tauryn Delozier, Kyran Horton, Blaklee Bottoms, Braylee Bottoms, Whitley Vick, and Tesslynn Norman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Robert Earl Horton; and a brother, Elvern William Horton.

Bearers will be Terrell Delozier, Cotey Horton, Ryan Vick, David Ray Miller, Fernando Hernandez and Brent Cameron. Honorary bearers will be Mario Hernandez, Rodrigo Hernandez, Ricardo Hernandez and Fernanda Hernandez.
