Services for Patsy Lyvonne Forehand, 85, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rev. Martin Gustin will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Forehand passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 at her home. She was born May 9, 1933 in Coal County, OK to Ernest and Harriet Pence Scott. She attended Nixon Community Schools.

She married Charles Forehand July 14, 1951. He preceded her in death September 2, 2013. Mrs. Forehand along with her husband owned Forehand’s Garage in Ada for many years.

Survivors include a son, Charles Hugh Forehand and wife Cheryl; two daughters, Nelda Osborn and Frances Alexander and husband Ronny; eight grandchildren, Johnny Osborn, Jr., Michael Osborn, Chris Alexander, Chad Alexander, Laura Ray, Kristi Byrd, Ashley Brady and Stacy Brady; her great-grandchildren, Justin Osborn, Lindsay Howell, Baylee Carpenter, Trenton Osborn, Shelbe Ray, Easton Ray, Alex Gustin, Jace Brady, Aubrey Brady, Camden Brady and Callen Brady; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Mary Jane Byrd; son-in-law, Johnny Osborn; three brothers; and seven sisters.

Bearers will be grandson, Johnny Osborn, Jr., Michael Osborn, Chris Alexander, Chad Alexander, Todd Ray, Zac Brady and Cameron Brady.
