Graveside services for Gerald Ernest Ferdinand, 83, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 8th at Rosedale Cemetery, Rev. Brian Matthews will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Ferdinand passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Ada Care Center. He was born October 21, 1934 at New Delhi, India to Samuel and Mary Benjamin Ferdinand. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree.

He married Nancy Jacobs February 27, 1965 in New Delhi, India. She preceded him in death July 5, 2010. He moved to this area November 2010 from India.

Mr. Ferdinand was a salesman in the paint industry and was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors include a son, Robert Ferdinand and wife Veneshia of Ada and Andrew Ferdinand and wife Pam, Bradenton, FL; four grandchildren, Keane, Keira, Heather and Samantha.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and a brother, Kenneth Ferdinand.
