Services for Jerry Frank Dyer, 76, lifelong resident of Pecan Grove Community, are 2:00 Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Dyer passed away, Sunday, January 7, 2018 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born May 8, 1941 in Ada to Frank and Velma M. Harris Dyer. He attended Latta schools.

He married Charlotte Bingham February 16, 1959. Mr. Dyer was an automotive shop superintendent with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. He also raised cattle and land owned by his family for six generations. Mr. Dyer was a member of Fitzhugh Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte, of the home; a son, David Dyer of Clinton; daughter, Debbie Tucker and husband Randy of Blanchard; a grandson, Cody Tucker and wife Marissa; one brother, Donald Dyer and wife Nancy of Jamestown, NC; and his cousins, Arnold Harris, Paducah, KY, Sherry Doss, Houston, TX and Peggy Brown, Katy, TX.

Bearers will be Lee George, Gene Boiles, Mike Smith, Darrell Monroe, Eric Holloway and Brad Holloway. Honorary bearers will be T. C. Monroe, Delbert Tucker, Donald Lee Price and Jim Laxton.
