Services for Keri Jacquelyn Blevins, 45, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Friday at Morris Memorial Baptist Church, Rev. David Fensler will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Ms. Blevins passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at an Ada hospital. She was born May 26, 1970 to Carl Gene and Patsey Yvonne Lane Wages. She graduated from Byng High School and attended East Central University.

Ms. Blevins was a Benefit Administrator for Legal Shield Services in Ada. She was a member of Morris Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Kailee Aguilar and her husband Rio of Ada; a son, Kolby Blevins and his fiancé, Brittany Blankenship of Oklahoma City; a granddaughter, Kynlee Aguilar; her father, Carl Wages of Ada; one sister, Kristi Hayes and her husband Kenny of Ada; her nephews, Kody Hayes and wife Sarah, Kory Hayes, and Kade Hayes, all of Ada; a grand-nephew, Kase Hayes; grand-niece, Krislynd Hayes; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother; her maternal grandparents, Odis and Christine Lane; and her paternal grandparents, Charlie and Velma Wages.

Bearers will be Kolby Blevins, Kody Hayes, Kory Hayes, Kade Hayes, Rio Aguilar, and Chasen Bennett. Honorary bearers will be Kenny Hayes and Kent Blevins.
