Services for Pansy Newton Cradduck Bates, 86, Ada are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Harold Ware will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Pansy passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at her home. She was born August 19, 1929 in Tishomingo to W. A. and Marie McDonald Newton. Pansy went to school in Tishomingo and Ada.

She married Alvin A. Cradduck July 8, 1946. He preceded her in death December 4, 2001. She later married Jack Bates February 14, 2004. He preceded her in death October 12, 2008. Pansy worked at Brockway Glass for 31 years as a sorter and shift supervisor. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Ada.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Madeline Sorrels, Mable O’Bryan, Mae Reagan, Aubyn Newton, Willie Hall; and two brothers, Dub Newton and Joe Newton.

Bearers will be Pat Mitchell, Joe Lee Walker, Charlie Mayhue, Doug Haney, Riley Young and Larry Ennis.
