Services for Frank Kenneth Barnes, 65, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Harold Ware and Mr. Bruce James will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Barnes passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at his home. He was born January 6, 1951 at Holdenville to Cyril Kenneth and Vena Simmons Barnes. Mr. Barnes graduated from Frederick High School and later, the University of Oklahoma in 1973.

He married Wanda Rea McElveen Robb November 7, 1992. Mr. Barnes was a Respiratory Therapist, retiring from Mercy Hospital in Ada. He had also worked in Texas and South Carolina. He was an avid golfer.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda, of the home; his son, Kristopher Robb-Barnes and wife Heather of Honolulu, HI; two grandchildren, Kamryn and Harper Barnes; two brothers, Don Barnes of Norman and Johnnie Blanton and wife Vickie of Edmond; and two sisters, Kay Rediker and husband Glenn and Carol Hefner, all of Frederick.

The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Mercy-Ada Cancer Center, 423 N. Monte Vista, Ada, OK 74820.
