Services for Donna Sue Allen, 69, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rev. Donna Gustin will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Ms. Allen passed away Monday, September 18, 2017 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born February 14, 1948 at Ada to Sidney C. and Lillian Shaver Manuel. She attended school at Latta.

Ms. Allen was a Unit Secretary at Valley View Regional Hospital for many years. Later, she was a Home-care Provider. She was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Michelle Lewis and husband Kevin of Ada; a son, Mark Allen of Ada; her grandchildren, Dalton Lewis and wife Torri and Baylee Lewis and fiancé, C. J. Johnson, a great-grandson, Konner Lewis; sister, Ro Hardcastle; a brother, Sidney Manuel and wife Marvine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Syble Davis, Margaret Sellers and Kay Webb; and a brother, Elmer Manuel.
