Beverly Ann (Gordon) Carpenter, Steele

Services for Beverly Ann Steele, 82, of Ada will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Southwest Church of Christ, Rev. David Gray will officiate. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Steele passed peacefully Thursday, January 16, 2020 surrounded by family in Midwest City. She was born August 3, 1937 in Lawton to Jess Hodge and Jewell Autie Gordon.

She retired from Wrangler as an Inspector and was a 55 year member of the Southwest Church of Christ.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Kelley of Ada, Patricia Morris and husband David of McDonough, GA and Brenda Williams and husband Ron of Moore; a brother, Kenneth Gordon and wife Sandi of Longmont, CO; ten grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Kenneth Carpenter, Sr.; second husband, Bob Steele; a son, Kenneth Carpenter, Jr.; a daughter, Donna Carpenter; great-grandchild, Kyler D’Aguanno; one brother; and five sisters.

Bearers will be J. T. Williams, Chance Kelley, Deven Leno, Jayme Leno, John D’Aguanno and Jeff Edgar.
