Services for Doris Lee Scott, 92, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Ed Rutherford and Rev. Steve Hogue will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Scott died Thursday, September 22, 2016 at a local assisted living center. She was born June 23, 1924 in Allen to Lonnie Leon and Cara Wilkerson Blankenship. She married Bill Scott on December 14, 1946. He preceded her in death on September 16, 2004. Mrs. Scott worked for the Ada Food System and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Allen.

Survivors include one daughter, Doretta Sellers and husband Jerry of Ada; two grandsons, Scott Sellers of Ada and Jeramy Sellers and wife Rhonda of Ada; one brother, L. C. Blankenship and wife Wanda of Ada; two sisters, Evelyn Davis and husband J.R. of Fresno, CA and Carolyn Henderson of Allen and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill; two brothers, Andrew Blankenship and Bobby Blankenship and three sisters, Florence Boyd, Viola Herrin and Wanda Jackson. Bearers will be Marty Jackson, Dusty Henderson, Brad Faust, Kendall McKibben, Bryan Smith and Steve Timmons. Honorary Bearers will be James Abbott, Luther Green and Glen Walker.

The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Church of God of Prophecy Missions, P. O. Box 374, Allen, OK 74825.
