Nellie Ray Weeks Kirby was born in McAlester on April 27, 1943 and passed away at her home in Crowder on May 13, 2017 at the age of 74. She was an active member of Savings Grace Ministries Church in Crowder where she loved to praise the Lord. She is survived by her husband: John W. Kirby of Crowder; son: Phillip Webster, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Shannon Webster of Crowder; daughter: Chandra Binder and son-in-law, Eric Binder, of Coweta; daughter: Jessica Janeann Ostrowski and son-in-law, David Ostrowski, of Eufaula; grandchildren: Brooke White, Jacob Webster, Jessica Schultz, Jeremy White, Clayton Binder, Blake Denny, Jade and Josiah Ostrowski. Also, seven great-grandchildren; brother: Roy Weeks; niece and nephew: Lisa Ridenour and Doug Ross, Jr. and their children, Britney and Billy Ross Ridenour and Hanna Ross; other nieces and nephews: Sandra Hanna, Kerry and Alisa Weeks, Jason and Kathy Trammell; special loved ones: Phillip and Anna Webster; and numerous additional family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Velma Weeks, father: LR Weeks, sisters: Ann Ross and Joy Weeks, and a son: John David Kirby. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday May 16, 2017 at Bishop Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 17, 2017 at Bishop Chapel of Memories officiated by Pastor Bill Hayes with eulogy by Mr. Lafe Rogers. Burial will follow at Crowder Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eric Binder, David Ostrowski, Billy Ridenour, Clayton Binder, Blake Denny, and John Webster, Doug Ross, Jr, and Jacob Webster.
