Delmer Martin Phillips, 66, of Perkins, Oklahoma passed away December 19, 2014 with his family by his side. A memorial service will held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Liberty Church on Highway 33 and Fairground in Perkins.

Delmer was born on October 31, 1948 to Willie Lester Phillips and Kathleen Ivone Pepmiller in Dumas, Texas. He married Mamie Phillips on February 13, 1999 in Coyle, Oklahoma. He also attended the Coyle Assembly of God Church.

He worked many years as a roughneck, bus driver, and truck driver along with many other jobs where he always shared his love for God. Delmer was a loving Father and avid hunter and fisherman.

Delmer was preceded in death by his father, Willie Lester Phillips; brother, Roger Lester Phillips, and brother-in-law, Rickey Bentley.

He is survived by his wife, Mamie Phillips; daughters, Denise Hall, Stephanie Blackwell, Jessica Phillips, Brandi Bailey, and Debbie (Mike) Hart; son, Delmer Martin Phillips, Jr, Charles Bailey Jr.; Delmer’s pride and joy, his grandkids, Kayla and Emmitt Phillips, Willy, Emily and James Blackwell, Miranda, Patricia and Levi Bailey,Bailea, Autumn, Summer and Corbin , Kora Leonard, Timothy and Daniel Hart; great-grand children, Jazmine Hall and Mathew Gottfried; mother, Kathleen (Phillips) Field; brother, Laurue and Betty Phillips; sister, Debra Bentley; stepbrothers, Gary (Jackie), Larry (Linda), Laren (Diane) and Dwight (Debbie) Field.
