Sean O'Brien, 43, passed away in Stillwater, Oklahoma on May 3, 2015.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, May 7 at the First Church of the Nazarene, Stillwater.
Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Strode Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
