Alpha May Ham, 104, passed away on March 29, 2015 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Her funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, Oklahoma with Larry Eslinger as the officiate. The family will have a private burial at Sunset Memorial Garden following the service. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

She was born January 19, 1911 to Hayden Thomas and Annie (Haegele) Bunney just west of Stillwater, Oklahoma.

She married Robert Lester Ham December 24, 1931 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

She attended schools at Cottonwood County School where she completed eight grades.

She worked for the telephone company Southwestern Bell and as a domestic homemaker.

She was a part of the Cherokee Homemakers Extension Club, FFA Mother’s Club, FHA’s Mother’s Club, Greeters Class Secy, and Christian Women’s Fellowship.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hayden Thomas and Annie (Haegele) Bunney ; husband, Robert Ham and one son, Neil Eugene Ham.

She is survived by her daughters, Jocille Osborn of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
