Jeanne was born in Enid, Oklahoma on July 23, 1952 to Billy Dean and Mary Frances (Franks) Blair.

She married Randy Hall on June 5, 1971 in Perkins.

She attended schools in Del City, Okeene and graduated from Perkins-Tryon High School in 1970. After graduation she attended Oklahoma State University.

She was a member of United Methodist Women at Lost Creek United Methodist Church in Perkins.

When Jeanne was younger she worked at the Perkins Tag Agency with her mother and as an adult she worked as a bank teller for many years at Stillwater National Bank.

Jeanne loved doing crafts. She was very creative. She loved crocheting, cross stitch, ceramics and quilting. She loved making items to share with family and friends; she would also make things for Lost Creek United Methodist Church bazaar and auctions.

Jeanne loved her animals; her last pet was a dog named “Lady” and everyone who knew Jeanne knew “Lady”.

Jeanne was a person that lived her faith and was a shining example to many. Even though she fought hard and battled cancer she would say, “I’m not ready to die, but when Jesus calls me home I’ll run into his arms”.

Family was the most important thing to her. Not just her immediate family but all who knew her were considered her family.

Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mary Frances Blair.

She is survived by her husband Randy Hall of the home, children Eric Hall, daughter-in-law Christy Hall, and Melissa Hall, one grandson Brenton Hall, one brother Bob Blair and his wife Elaine, one sister Nancy Blair and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Lost Creek United Methodist Church Building Fund at 8002 S. Washington St. Stillwater, Ok 74074.
