George Ray Bounds

George Bounds age, 82, of Pawnee, OK passed away March 6, 2022. George was born November 11, 1939 in Hillsboro, TX.

George was preceded in death by his Mother Ollie and Father George Bounds.

He was survived by his daughter Patricia and Husband Jack Ringwald; Daughter Amanda Bounds and daughter Vonda and Husband Andy Stephon; His sister Carolyn Symons; Grand children, Peggy and Husband Henry Monroe; George Stevens; Justin Smith; Jerrica Smith; Kirstin May and Augustus May;

Great Grandchildren, Katlyn, MaClayton, Kendrick, Maverick, Alexandria, Erica, Crystal, Samantha, Braxton, Aiden, Gage, Jazzy, Jaydon, Waylon, Journey, Grayson, Liddy; and 1 great great grandson Samuel.

George served his country with honor, he was a war veteran along with being in the Army National Guard. After many years in the army, he served his community as a police officer for a total of 12 years.

He loved working and building roadsters. He frequent numerous car shows and showed his roadsters with pride.

George loved his family first, would help when ever possible. He was a friendly person and had multiple friends all over Texas and Oklahoma.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 10th from 9am- 7pm Poteet Funeral home Pawnee, Ok. 600 Illinois Street Pawnee, Oklahoma

Funeral Services will be held on Friday March 11, in the Eshelman Chapel at Highland Cemetery in Pawnee, OK at 2pm.
