Shirley Evelyn Ingram Pride

February 26, 1942 — July 7, 2023

Shirley Pride, 81, beloved mother and nanny, was called to her eternal resting place on July 7, 2023. She entered this world on February 26, 1942 in Brownfield, Texas born to Jessie and Zelma (McBride) Ingram.

Shirley was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also loved her furbaby Odie Ray. Shirley also made the best fried chicken and had a love for flowers of all kinds.

She is survived by her son Terry Bowlin, daughter Shirley Rhea, and son Shawn Pride. Shirley also leaves behind a legacy of nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Pride, parents, one daughter Diann Fisher, two sisters, and three brothers.

Services for Shirley will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel..
