Brian Payne, age 48 of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday in South Sioux City, Nebraska.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Grace Memorial Chapel in Ponca City, Oklahoma with the Pastor Dennis Wildman officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at the Foraker Cemetery.

The family has suggested memorials to the Grace Memorial Chapel and contributions may be left at the Grace Memorial Chapel.

Brian Payne was born June 17, 1968 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma to Frank and Ella (Mains) Payne. He grew up in Foraker and graduated from the Shidler High School in 1986. Brian worked in the oil fields, as a welder and for the last nine years for Arrowhead Pipeline. Brian loved to weld things, cooking and four wheelers.

Survivors include his wife Shannon of the home; his parents Frank and Ella Payne of Shidler, Oklahoma; Children Brian Payne and wife Kalynn of Ponca City, Dalton Payne of Stillwater, Jordan Payne of Ponca City, Shayna Riff of Ponca City, Aaren Riff of Blackwell, Oklahoma and Tregan Wooley and wife Leeanna of Ponca City; Brothers Gary Dale Payne of Shidler and Terry Lynn Payne of Mack Alford; Grandchildren Hunter McKay, Bryson Payne, Michaelah Payne, Rustin Payne, Halleigh Riff, Brystal and Madyson Woolley; close family friend Tracy Baker and numerous friends and family.
