Thomas L. Lewis a resident of Tulsa, Ok passed away on November 29, 2007 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 64.
Born May 18, 1943 in Henryetta to Charles and Nadine (Caywood) Lewis. Thomas worked as a Construction
Superintendent for the Key Construction Company in Tulsa,OK.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son Thomas Lewis.
Survived By Special Friend: Bobbye Janet Johnson of Tulsa,Ok Brother Arlie “Jim” Lewis of Dallas, TX
Bobby Jack Lewis of LaGrange, KentuckyWilliam Dean Lewis of Canton, TX Sister: Mary Jane Brooks of Henderson, Kentucky.
Services will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at
the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
