Virginia Barnett a resident of rural Henryetta passed away on May 4, 2005 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 85. Born March 4, 1920 near Dustin, Ok to Edmond and Jeanetta (Bunney) Whitlow. She was a homemaker and a member of the Thewarle Indian Baptist Church where she served as the Woman's Class Leader. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Buster Barnett, step children- Billy Jo Watson and Raymond Deere, 2 sisters; Lela Long and Mattie Brown and also a brother Rev. Eastman Whitlow.

Wake service will be held 7:00pm, Friday at the Thewarle Indian Baptist Church.

Service 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 7, 2005 at the Thewarle Indian Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Whitlow Family Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
