Norma Mae Barcellino Archer passed away on November 5, 2005 at the Heritage Village Nursing Center in
Bartlesville, Ok after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Norma was born to Fred John and Theresa (Ricco) Barcellino on April 18, 1929 in Henryetta, OK. She
attended St. Michaels Catholic School and then Henryetta Public Schools graduating in 1946.
She met her childhood sweetheart, James Archer at Henryetta Jr. high and married him in 1948. James and Norma made their home in Henryetta, living in the
same neighborhood that they were both raised. Norma worked for Bell Telephone for 13 years as an operator and then stayed home to start a family. In 1972
she purchased Ginsberg’s Department Store and ran it as Archer’s Department Store for 25 years until she retired in 1997. She was a member of the Henryetta
First Baptist Church and an active main street merchant. She enjoyed organizing and planning reunions for the class of 1946 for over 50 years. She is preceded
in death by her parents Fred and Theresa Barcellino, her husband and best friend James Archer, a brother Fred John (Junie) Barcellino and a sister Vera Barcellino.

Francis Gizzi of Henryetta,Kathleen Applebee of Henryetta
Services will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Henryetta First Baptist Church with Dr. Tim Walker, officiating.
Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
