Shirley Ann Bingham (Owens)

Tuesday, October 5th, 1937 - Friday, September 11th, 2020

Graveside service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery SW 59th & Council Oklahoma City, OK 73179.
Shirley Ann Bingham, age 82, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away peacefully Friday evening, September 11, 2020.
She was born October 5, 1937 in the city of Vici, Dewey County, Oklahoma, a daughter of the late Charley and Anice Owens.
Shirley worked as a data operator for the Oklahoma State Health Department for 30 years until she retired.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Richard N. Bingham; Siblings Wilma Jean Bell, Donald Keith Owens and Larry Charles Owens.
She was an amazing cook and loved to prepare meals for her family every Sunday night - especially birthday meals with special requested desserts. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening, arts and crafts and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by her children, Richard Bingham with significant other Dana Burchfield; and Shelly Craig; grandchildren Courtney Carrier and husband Carson, Brittany Scott, Hillary Bingham, and Sadee Burchfield; great grandchildren Kamber Carrier, Kymbree Carrier, and Kason Carrier. Shirley is also survived by her brother Ray Owens and sister Joyce Cox.
She will be greatly missed by family and numerous friends.
