Funeral Services for Clifford Glen Joiner, 33, of Oklahoma City will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 1 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Hwy 9 and Inhoff Road in Norman, Oklahoma. President Kenneth Walker will conduct the service.
Clifford "Cliff" Glen Joiner was born December 2, 1972, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Dennis Joiner and Louise Medrano Joiner. He died Saturday, December 10, 2005, in Chickasha.
Cliff was raised in Chickasha for 14 years being active in little league
baseball, band, basketball, and cub scouts. He later moved to Norman graduating from Norman High School in 1991. After High School, Cliff was employed with various jobs, traveling around the United States laying horizontal drilling pipe. He was currently employed with Wal-Mart as a sales representative.
He enjoyed collecting Indian Art, Star Wars figures, antiques, and match box cars.
Cliff was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, two uncles, one niece, one aunt and a half brother.
Survivors include his wife Sara Dungey, of the home; his parents Dennis
and Louise Joiner of Chickasha; one sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Michael Murphy of Wichita Falls, Texas, three half sisters and brother-in-laws, Phyllis and Robert Miller, of Branson, Missouri, Jackie and
David Roberts, of Anadarko, Oklahoma and Patti Queen, of Moore, Oklahoma; four aunts, seven uncles and many nieces and nephews and numerous cousin.
In lieu of flowers memorials contributions may be made to the Red Rock
Behavioral Health Services, 4400 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73105.
Interment will be in the Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, Oklahoma, under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
